Nir Kimhi is a ninth generation resident of Jerusalem. After having served as a staff sergeant in an elite combat infantry unit in the IDF, he went on to obtain a bachelor's degree (magna cum laude) in business administration, with a focus on information systems. Subsequent to this, he obtained a degree in law (magna cum laude) and is a licensed member of the Israeli Bar Association. Nir joined the Jerusalem Institute of Justice in 2005 and currently serves as Senior Counsel.
Beyond his work with the Jerusalem Institute of Justice, Nir works at Yehuda Raveh & Co. Law Offices, one of the leading law firms in Israel which benefits from over 60 years of experience in the areas of civil and commercial law, where he specializes in the fields of corporate and commercial law, including: receiverships; dissolution and rehabilitation of corporations; representation of commercial and mortgage banks; consulting insurance and finance companies; real estate; real estate taxation; construction projects; BOT; high tech and litigation.
Nir represents numerous commercial corporations and non-profit organizations on an ongoing basis, as well as a leading multinational high-tech company, with interests in Europe, the Far East and the United States.
