Donations: Frequently Asked Questions

Can I designate my giving?

Yes. When you give online, your designation choices are the following: Kimcha D'pischa, Helping Israel's Children, Helping Israel's Elderly and Ongoing Civil Rights Advocacy.

Can I schedule recurring contributions?

Yes. You can specify whether you want your contribution made monthly or one time.

Will I still receive a contribution statement?

Yes, we will mail your giving statements directly to your home address.

What if I want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?

You can update your scheduled contribution at anytime, including the date, fund, frequency and amount. To do so, enter your new information on the eGiving page and select “Update to Existing Contribution.” This will update any existing recurring donations that you have.

Is online giving secure?

We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer,” a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
