Advancing Israel's Public Relations

Peace for Israel means security, and we must stand with all our might to protect its right to exist, its territorial integrity. I see Israel as one of the great outposts of democracy in the world, and a marvelous example of what can be done, how desert land can be transformed into an oasis of brotherhood and democracy.
~Martin Luther King Jr.
While faced daily with its internal battles, the State of Israel, slightly smaller than New Jersey, is home to 7.6 million and struggling to survive amid surrounding hostile nations and an ever-increasing antagonistic world. Anti-Semitic and anti-Israel propaganda now flood the international media while airtime and platforms are given to vehement voices delegitimizing Israel’s right to exist.
In light of this onslaught of biased global coverage, the Jerusalem Institute of Justice (JIJ) conducts pro-Israel advocacy and PR campaigns to improve Israel’s public image in the international media and enhance Israel’s diplomacy worldwide. JIJ has undertaken several ventures, including media initiatives and social media campaigns as well as the organization of pro-Israel demonstrations and the facilitation of dialogues with the United Nations, European Parliament and US government officials regarding anti-Semitisim, human rights, and other pertinent issues facing Israel's existence. JIJ's short film clip exposing the UN's bias against Israel received nearly one million views on YouTube.
JIJ is committed to uniting the Judeo-Christian community with one common goal to be a voice for Israel and defend its people worldwide. Partnering with Jews and Christians around the world, JIJ has sponsored three large international demonstrations in Durban, Geneva, and New York to protest against the double standards and injustices of the United Nations and the Red Cross toward the nation of Israel. JIJ was also intimately involved in the campaign to free kidnapped Israeli soldier, Gilad Shalit. JIJ is committed to continuing its struggle to advance Israel's diplomacy in the international community and reinforce her legitimacy worldwide.
